Yard of the Month Judging Criteria:
The purpose of the Yard of Month is to provide incentive for residents to maintain and improve the appearance of our community by promoting well-kept yards.

Creekside Estates Landscape Committee jusges homes for the "Yard of the Month" award, which is presented the first week of each month fromo May- October.

The criteria for judging "Yard of the Month" in order of importance are:

• Overall look and neatness, yard free of debris and clutter
• Lawn - mowed, trimmed, and relatively weed free yard and flower beds
• Edging - driveway, walks, curbs
• Shrubs and trees healthy looking - done in good taste, in proportion and scale with home and terrain
• Color

The award is a sign "Yard of the Month" placed in the winner's yard for the month and a goft card of $25 to eitherHome Depot or Lowe's. The sign is then passed on to the next winner.
